Hampton Glass & Mirror, Inc. is a flourishing new company founded in 2007. Their specialty is in cutting custom glass for storefronts, curtain walls, doors and mirrors.

The Challenge

Hampton Glass & Mirror came to Ingenux with a existing manual system based on spreadsheets that allowed for human error and unorganized bhsiness processes. The application needed to be networked, seamlessly integrated with quickbooks and allow for all the business functions for in the field and office staff including CRM, sales, invoicing, work orders, estimates, reports and security.

The Solution

Ingenux created an easy-to-use integrated desktop application allowing Hampton Glass to manage clients. This application enables Hampton Glass to accurately track all jobs from start to finish and price all items as information is obtained. This result is a "user friendly" system that has a permission based system to allow employees to compile reports and work in conjunction with Quickbooks accounting software.
