The Challenge

Visitors to the site were unable to access basic account information and could not pay for services online. Because the site didn't possess an integrated and scalable database that could be updated by Telstra staff, information was often outdated. Telstra recognized that they could transform their site into a powerful tool that allowed their business to be done on the web, thus adding value for their members.

The Solution

Ingenux created a functional, integrated, and scalable database driven website that was updateable via a password-protected administration page. The Website design was completely overhauled and refurbished with the goal of providing visitors with an aesthetically pleasing and informative experience.
