Any defects are logged and tracked via our custom in house project tracking system. Items are fixed and redeployed.

Final test reports are generated and reviewed by the project manager before final go/no go decision is made.

Project Manager reviews overall success factors and interviews client to validate their satisfaction and requirements have been met. Performance of the software is monitored for period of two months is there is no site maintenance agreement. Any issues found during production during this period will be solved, without any additional cost to the customer.
